Description

Tan straw hat with grosgrain ribbon around brim, large,thin bow ion the front, netting is gathered in the back and drapes in front. The brim is edged with pleated grosgrain ribbon all the way around. The hat is unlined on the inside, grograin ribbon around the inside crown and a narrow elastic cord. "New Y--- Creat-----" on the partial tag.

Note: On the original list this hat is listed as "Tan straw hat with satin ribbon and flowers 1900" I think it is an error because there is no other hat that is even close to the description. The "and flowers" should be omitted. My decision - PC
