Description

This navy velvet hat is a squareish pillbox. The plain velvet crown is edged with a 3/4 inch strip of navy velvet along all four sides. There is an additional strip of stiffened velvet along the outside edge. At the front right side of the hat is a small swatch of wite and black bristles. Attached to the bristles are 3 feathers of red, white and blue. There is a small rhinestone at each side near the front. The hat is liked with a coarse navy cloth.
