Description

Women's raccoon fur coat. Golden brown and dark brown fur. Inside is lined with brown silk with a grass-like brocade pattern. Seams around the collar and arm holes are reinforced with "x" stitches in heavy brown thread. Two silk ties matching the lining hang down on the right inside seam of the coat and would be fastened to a brown braided loop located on the left edge of the coat about 6" below the edge of the collar. The collar folds over (about 12.5" in back) and forms lapels in the front . Lining under collar is a light brown silk that does not match the interior lining. About 4.5" cuffs on the sleeves. Coat closes in the front with three buttons, but the bottom button is missing. Buttons are golden brown with a swirl design and fasten into brown braided loops attached to the opposite side of the coat.
