Description

White uniform hat/cap top. Can be used interchangeable with the black uniform hat in this collection (2016.014.001g). Used with summer white dress uniform jacket (2016.014.002a). Hat top is white cotton cloth with 5 metal eye holes: one in front, and two on both the left and right side. A white mesh banding runs along the head hole. The round shape of the hat topper is kept with a white plastic/ metal hoop. The inside of the cap is lined with plastic, and has a slot to put a name tag card. The label on the inside of the hat reads "BANCROFT/ MILITARY CAPS/ FARMINGHAM, MASS./ Manufacturing specialists/ for more than/ 50/ years". The number "7" is stamped to the inside top of the hat near the front in purple ink. The tag stitched to the band reads "BAN-VENT/ BANDING/ FOR/ EXTRA VENTILATED COMFORT/ Exclusive with/ Bancroft/ PEMANENTLY SIZED/ COLOR FAST/ SELF-EDGED FOR/ SMOOTHER APPEARANCE".
