Description

Light blue, short-sleeved uniform shirt. Double notched collar with colonel insignia pins of eagle holding an olive branch on each upper notch. Shirt buttons down with 5 clear plastic buttons. Breast pocket on each side with a flap and a clear plastic button. The right breast pocket has two pen holders sewn on the inside. Above the right breast pocket is a blue name tag pin with white lettering the reads "LARSON". Above the left breast pocket is a Senior Navigator insignia pin (wings on either side of a crest and a star on top. Crest is a staff with lightening bolts around). A white tag is sewn into the front left shirt tale with care instructions. "15 1/2 / 8405-160-9427" stamped on to the inside of the collar in black ink. Below that reads "SHIRT MAN'S POLYESTER COTTON/ DURABLE PRESS AF BLUE SHADE 1550/ DSA100-72-C-0297/ 60% POLYESTER 40% COTTON/ MARTIN MFG. CO., INC."
