Navy blue cotton and polyester coveralls issued by United States Navy. Long sleeved with colar. One snap button at top of collar with gold metal zipper that runs the length of the front of the coveralls. Zipper has two tabs that read "IDEAL". Two chest pockets, one on each side of the zipper. Above each chest pocket is a patch with silver embroidered lettering. Left patch reads "U.S. NAVY". Right patch reads "WILSON". Four pants pockets. Two in front two in back. 3" x 3" wite tag sewn into inside under the collar. Size reads "40L". Other care insturctions in black typed lettering. "Wilson, S.P." and "139" handwritten in black pen.
