Description

This item consists of two wooden cups with a metal ring around the top and clip at the bottom.  Before the store became Kay's Shoes in 1958, it was a JC Penney store,  The money clerks worked on the balcony at the front of the store,  When a sale was made, the money was put in the cups and sent up by a pulley.  The clerks would then send the change back down with the cup.
