Description
Woven modified cloche made of an off-white material. The hat has many age stains on the outside and inside. Around the crown is a ruched, white-straw ribbon. The ribbon has a white, woven bow with frayed ends attached to it. The ribbon is coming away from the hat in spots. Inside the hat is a brown ribbon encircling the bottom of the crown.
