Description
Powder flask. This pouch was made to hold gun powder. It is made of black leather - 3.25" at its widest point. It is 6" long and tapers to a neck and a copper top, into which the charger is screws. The top is tubular, .5" wide x 2" long. The lever charger measures out the proper amount of powder and releases it. The pouch is made to suspend from the user's belt by a ring. The pouch is decorated with an image of a rabbit. It may be a shot flask used to measure out shot rather than powder. The top measures out ounces and drams.
