Description
Log cabin design hand stitched quilt made of narrow strips of wool and cotton, whipcord flannel, brocade, etc. 42 blocks with half light and half dark fabric pieced together to form small diamonds. A band of black striped material 3" wide finished the top and bottom. Tied with red woolen yarn. The back of the quilt is lined with grey-blue outing flannel.Made by Betsy Swenson Gandrud, daughter of Ole Swenson.
