Description

Rullepolse press. Rullepolse is a traditional scandinavian sausage made with thin strips of meat, topped with spices, then rolled, soaked in salt brine, and pressed.
This press is 19" long 11" wide and 13.5" tall. It consists of a large wooden base with a little bit of a ledge around the edges and two large wooden screws - one near each end.. Another large wooden block fits into the ledge and onto the screws. There are 2 wooden 'nuts' used to tighten the top board to the base. It is painted beige and well worn from age.
