Description

This doll was made by the Arranbee doll company. Imprinted at the back neck base are the words Germany and Arranbee. The owner is dating this doll to the 1920"s with a question mark. The head is bisque, the body is cloth as are the legs. The arms are cloth with rubber hands.  The blue sleep eyes are painted with upper and lower lashes and a painted closed mouth. Hair is molded. 
Clothing: A white undergarment slip, a white long dress with pink stitching at the hem, a long pink duster type coat with a pink lace trimmed collar, pink lace trimmed sleeves and 2 front snaps for closure. The bonnet is a discolored white fabric with cut-out embroidery design with a pink bow on the top and pink ribbon to tie the bonnet closed.
The doll has a pair of white stockings which go over the knee and a 2-piece undergarment of  a top and a pair of diapers of a soft fabric.
