Description
Warranty deed transferring land from Frank and Mary Adamek (or Adamer) of Le Seuer County to Wenceslaus Tupa of Rice County. According to the deed "one hundred dollars" was paid for "ten acres of the south half of the south east quarter of section no. thirty four (34) in township no. one hundred and thirteen (113) north of range twenty two (22)". The deed appears to have been signed by the Adameks on November 1, 1872 and Tupa on December 23 1882. It was filed with the Register of Deeds, Gerhard Hilgers, on June 12 1883 in Shakopee, MN.Geographic Notes
