Bag: Fitzsimmons Hat Shop bag. The bag is black colored paper. On the front side towards the center bottom is a gray design and print. There is a gray shield with gray acanthus leaves around it. Inside the shield in black print is "Gage HATS". Below the shield is a gray outlined banner with "Foremost in Fashion" written in gray inside the banner. Below the banner in gray is "Fitzsimmons /HAT SHOP / RED WING, MINN.".

The wedding dress and veil of Dorothy Barghusen Kohn was in the Boxrud Company box (2013.32.1). The Fitzsimmon's Hat Shop bag (2013.32.2) was in the box. The dress and veil may have been purchased at these places, but it is unknown for sure. There is a wedding photo of the couple (2013.32.3). Dorothy Barghusen (6/11/1924 Gillford Township, Wabasha County - 4/3/2012) married Vernon Kohn on June 6, 1944 at Lincoln Trinity Church in Oak Center, Wabasha County. They farmed in Wabasha and Goodhue Counties and then in 1959 purchased a farm in Vasa.
