Belt: Wedding belt of white silk. The belt is 28" long and 3 1/2" wide at the end. The belt is wider at the ends and the middle. It has three horizontal pleats. There is one snap. There are three hooks and eyes (one eye missing). There are four bows (two on top of two) at one end. The bows have a white flower and spray pattern. There is a vertical strip over the center of the bows. The back has stiff netting and seven bones.

Part of the wedding gown worn by Catherine Zender McGuigan when she married Dr. Henry T. McGuigan on June 16, 1906 in Austin, MN. After their marriage, they lived in Mazeppa for two years. Since 1910, they lived in Red Wing. She was born in 1884 in Austin and died in 1980.
