Donor writes "made by my best friend, Linda McBee of Cannon Falls and given to me. Made of cotton, with crocheted trim. Trim made by Linda. We shared our patterns and our clothing. We wore this jacket with scoop-neck tee shirts we stitched from enclosed pattern and bell-bottom slacks that we also sewed, or bell-bottomed blue jeans. The look was very similar to the pattern cover."

Two scanned photographs of pattern pictures are included with the donor form.
