Description
Framed painting of "The Old Homestead". It is an acrylic painting on a cardboard/wood combination. It features a red brick house with a front porch, surronded by lush green foliage. The image size is 14 3/8"w X 15 1/2"h. The frame is a off-white painted wood frame that has a wire for hanging. The frame size is 17 3/8"w X 18 1/2"h X 7/8"d.

"David Hancock home at 1413 Bush Street, Red Wing from about 1854-1914. It is now (in 1957) a two apartment stucco house, numbered 1707 Bush Street (corner of 17th Street and Bush). Painted from an original photo by Beth Desso Hedeen, Great Granddaughter of David Hancock. Hedeen lives at 9100 S. 55th Court, Oak Lawn, Ill, 60453. "
