Description

Vest: Black wool vest. The front of the vest is black wool and the back of the vest is black satin. There is a long narrow collar. There is a lower slit pocket on each side. The collar, pockets, and lower front bottom are edged in 1/4" wide black braid. There are 3 black checkered closure buttons. There is a vent on each side. In the back is a satin belt with a black buckle. The vest is lined with white striped rayon. On the inside front behind the button is an elastic attachment with 2 buttonholes. Condition - The lining is stained. The lower front has some stains. There is a mended tear on the inside back right bottom. MOLD? - The vest may have had mold. It was laid out to dry and was vacuumed on 1/13/2006.

Likely goes with pants 2003.17.1 and jacket 2003.17.2.
