Oil painting by Hannah Reynolds. Back of the painting says "This was painted 1883 by H. E. Reynolds, Austin, Minn. 'Morning Coloring the Hills' - taken from a ?? or magazine."
Hannah originally painted a swan in the water near the bottom middle, but apparently didn't like it and painted over it. The outline of the swan can be seen if you tilt the painting in the light.
