Description

This is a red felt cap with gold and black tassels on each side. On the front is embordered in gold thread: WISC 2 Seam Squirrel M.O.C. with a "Cootie" on each side. On the back is a small replica of the hat pinned to the bottom edge and a  Scholarship Fund pin near the left middle. There are glass beads attached around the words.
