Description
Law Enforcement PatchThe patch is badge shaped with a gold background. On the patch is the MN state seal and "CAPTAIN ROCHESTER POLICE." The patch come from the Rochester Police Department but appear to have never been used. Would have been used on jackets. This style patch was worn until 2021 when it was replaced with a new design.
