Description

Glenwood U Joint corporation was launched in business when the Glenwood Development Corporation board approved a loan to the new corporation. The new corporation, will assemble and distribute Gyro-Drive universal joints and standard universal joints, purchased  the existing inventory, machines and equipment from Gyro Universal Joint Corporation, which was owned by Roy C. Johnson, Oliver Gloege and Frank Scheel. 
Partners in the new corporation photographed are left to right, A. Milton Johnson, Lester P. Meyer and Keith Pickett. They are examining the new U joint to be manufactured.
