Cape: Light weight Black wool with a velvet round collar and velvet ruching at shoulder area, velvet bows and hook and eye closure at neck (three hook and eyes), Black wool fabric is gathered and attached to velvet at shoulder area - lots of fullness. Cape is lined in a dark blue cotton flannel.
