Description
"Made of natural golden brown spruce wood, this basket is 5 inches in diameter and 3 1/2 inches high with the cover which has a knobbed handle in the center. The basket was woven by Carrie Catfish, a Toot-toot-na Indian of the Siletz tribe, Siletz, Oregon, located near the ocean. This is the only spruce wood basket I have, and I'm very proud of it."
2007 - The delicate pattern in greens and blues is no barely visible from the outside of the basket due to considerable fading. It is easily seen on the inside. There are 15 rows and 10 stitches per inch.
