Description
This is a curved glass stand by itself glass commemorative plaque given to Maj.(Ret) Joseph P Gomer.  He was the key note speaker at the 25th ID/USARHAW African-American Program Schofield Barracks , Hawaii.23 February, 1999. The island of Hawaii and a palm tree are etched on the glass as well.
