Early concept drawing of what eventually became Maplewood Mall. Note the lake that remained from when it was the Bruentrup dairy farm. Yellow is residential, darker red is business and commercial and the lighter red is a shopping center that is surrounded by horizontal and vertical lines for the parking lots.
