Drop waist, belt at drop waist; dress design leading to "flapper" era.
Half belt stitched in place in back, tails attached at sides. Belt buckle: bakelite,
Square cut neckline with snap on tab, mandarin collar. Tiny tucks on the bodice.
Applied embroidery trim bodice to hem and on cuffs. Torn seam on right front hem.
