Artifacts found during the 2017-2018 Pope County Archaeological Survey.
Eleven items were recovered at this site. Lithics included a possible biface fragment of unidentified chert and a bipolar core of a Western River Gravels group material. The core is a split pebble with a single pair of pebbles, one linear and the other crushed. There were also two flakes of unidentified chert, and one piece of quartz shatter. Faunal remains included a fish bone, four large mammal bone fragments, and one bone fragment unidentified as to taxon.
