Description

Navy blue cloth uniform hat of the Excelsior Fire Department.  There is a metal Excelsior Fire Dept badge on the front.  The visor is black.  Metal buttons on the sides read "F.D." and hold the chin strap onto the hat.  The chin strap is leather.  The inside headband is leather.  Size 7 1/4.  The label inside the hat reads, "Standard Clothing Company, Nicollet at Sixth, Minneapolis, Minn."
