Description
A) Scabbard: brass fittings on top and bottom. Top has a shield on it.  Two brass loops to attach to belt, leather covering, with brass rope decoration with sea monster curled around the bottom tip.B) sword/saber: etched with flag, USCG ,owner' s name Robert Lafferty, Coast Guard emblem and anchor. An officer's knot  is attached to pommel with eagle.
