Black batiste overskirt with satin highlights. The black skirt of an outfit worn by Bessie Dougal “Brisee” Brisbane. Women’s small.
Waist:14.25 in Hem:63 in Length:49 in

1/2 inch holes below waistband on either side of hook and eye closures. Small holes scattered throughout both layers. Accretion or possibly old MOLD.
