Description
A flag flown over the U. S. Capitol on July 15, 1985 and presented to the Stevens County Fair at the request of US Representative Vin Weber. Certificate and letter accompany the flag, and all are included in the original cardboard box. Flag was won at a Stevens County Fair raffle by Irene Erickson (donors mother).
