Blue ribbon from a 4-H event.  The ribbon is blue with a light blue cardstock tag at the top.   It reads "1950 Demonstrations.  4-H Home Economics, Achievement Event."  "Anges Mullenbach, Adams" is written on the back of the cardstock tag in pencil.
