Vi samles her, for tredie Gang ved Danebo!
Med Jubel lyder nu vor Sang
Thi "Maalet naa'et" gi'er Stemmen Klang
og herlig hæver sig paa Vang vort Danebo.
Og vidne skal det store Værk
:|for os, at Enighed gør stærk|:
og fro.
Af Kærlighed til Far og Mor staar Danebo:
Og trænger de ej mer vort Bo,
for andre Gamles Fred og Ro,
vi bygged fuld af Haab og Tro vort Danebo,
til Hvile efter lange Aar,
: |til Fred for Savn og bange Kaar|:
du staar.
Fra Danmark sendtes Danebrog til Danebo.
Saa fold Dig ud paa denne Dag,
vaj over store Vennelag,
som kæmped for de Gamles Sag og Arnekrog.
Hvor al Naturen aander Fred
:|og skærmed af vor Kærlighed|:
de bo.
Saa rækker vi hinanden Haand ved Danebo,
med Tak for Virksomhed og Strid,
med Tak for Hjælp i trange Tid,
vi alle støtte vil med Flid vort Danebo.
Guds Fred! med hver som her skal bo,
giv deres Aften Fred og Ro
giv deres Aften Ro
i Danebo.

AT DANEBO'S INAUGURATION 10 MAY 1925.

We gather here, for the third time by Danebo!
With jubilation our song now sounds
For "The goal reached" gives the voice sound
and glorious rises on our field Danebo.
And witness shall be the great work
:|for us, that Unity makes strong|: and pleased
Of Love to Father and Mother stands Danebo:
And if they no longer need our residence,
for others the Peace and Tranquility of the Old,
we built full of hope and faith Danebo,
to rest after long years,
:|to Peace for missing and (scared) scares conditions|:
you stand.
Danebrog was sent from Denmark to Danebo.
So unfold yourself on this day,
waving over large groups of friends,
who fought for the cause of the elderly and safety (safe place)
Where all Nature breathes Peace
:|and shielded by our Love|:
they live.
Then we shake hands by Danebo,
with thanks for enterprise and struggle,
with thanks for help in difficult times,
we will all support our Danebo with diligence.
Gods peace! with everyone who will live here,
give their evening peace and quiet
give their evening rest in Danebo.
