Description
Badge, Office of the Secretary of Defense. Silver embossed circle  that is surrounded by a  brass circle with stars across the top and a laurel wreath at the bottom.. An eagle with wings spread holding 3 arrows and a shield across it's chest is at the center. There are 3 prongs and 2 clutches.
