Frank Morse was born on March 1, 1890 in Mankato Township. In 1914 Frank married Mary Borne. Frank graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1915. Lieutenant Morse served in WWI from 1917-1918 and WWII form 1942 until 1945. After the wars, Frank served as a judge and defense attorney in Nuremberg. Frank went on to become United States Court Commissioner and was a judge for the probate and juvenile courts. Frank served as Commander for the American Legion Lorentz Post 11 in 1919, State Commander in 1938-39, and became State Chairman of the Legion Child Welfare Committee. Frank died on April 26, 1972 at Hillcrest Nursing Home.
