Description

This is a framed picture of the State Capitol, which looks to be a reprint of an artists depiction of the building. The trees, flowers and sky and all a little pastel color in them. The picture is in a frame, but it does not look original to the frame. At the base of the frame is a plaque saying "Class of '29," but as detailed by the above, there is no class of anything shown in the picture.
