"This vaccine is composed of a live virus in a dried preparation, sealed under vacuum. To preserve its potency during storage, the virus should be kept under refrigeration between 35 and 45 degrees F. A bottle of liquid (diluent) is provided with each package of vaccine for mixing with the dried virus material. Do not mix the dried virus and the diluent until ready for use."
