Description

Chatfield resident Alice Groen showed off her artistic ability when she depicted these three cardinals perched in a pine tree during the winter. She painted the scene on the slate tile off an old roof from the old Methodist Church located in Chatfield. The church existed from 1898 to 1977. Alice signed the painting just below the tail of the bottom bird.
