Description
Following the war, Major-General Omar Bundy, his staff and other officer encamped at Camp Lee in Virginia celebrated by forming the profile figure of "The Living Uncle Sam" with the enlisted men at the camp. The number of men forming this figure was 17,000 who posed in January, 1919. The Major General, his staff and other officers can be seen in the foreground. This poster was copyrighted by Mole and Thomas of Chicago on January 13, 1919. It is outlined by a small, blue ribbon, mounted on a red background in a simple wooden frame painted white.
