This package includes one vacuum vial to yield 10 cc. of serum - to be used immediately after reconstitution - (with preservative: Phenol 0.25% and Thimerosal 1:20,000); one disposable syringe containing 10 cc. Sterile Water for injection, U.S.P., (with preservative: phenylmercuric nitrate 1:100,000); one applicator ampule of Tincture of Iodine, U.S.P., one 1 cc. vial of Normal Horse Serum (diluted 1:10) as sensitivity testing material.
