Description
In the late 1930's, former student Bernie Brevig took over teaching at the Thorson School District 56. To continue the tradition of acquiring photos of the students, they all gathered outside the school building for a photograph. In the first row from the left are Edna Holger, Marjorie Sorenson, Arlene Jacobson, and Norma Miller. In the second row are LaVerne Asleson, Ronald Jacobson, Doris Sorenson, Avis Asleson, Olive Trogstad, Delores Jacobson, Lillian Sorenson, Donald Jacobson, and Norman Trogstad. In the back row are Gordon Anderson, Curtis Swenson, an unknown student, Edne Trogstad, Robert Sorenson, Teacher Bernie Brevig, Edna Johnson, Marian Miller, and Nellie Allen.

The photo is held secure in a custom mat of pastel green which also holds the identification. It is all in a simple varnished wooden frame.
