Description
Sometime during the winter of 1942, the Thorson School District 56 students gathered outside for a quick photo together to remember their year. Those children in the picture include Gordon Overland, Vernon Splittstoesser, Marjorie Sorenson, an unidentified child, Edna Holger, Ruby Trogstad, Thomas McKeown, Carol Holger, and Betty Trogstad in one row or cluster. In another row or cluster are Edward Dahl, an unidentified child, Harlan Sorenson, Beverly Overland, an unidentified child, and Darlene McClough. In another row or cluster are Marilyn Leurs, Ramona Jerviss, Geraldine Overland, Marian Borgen, Gordon Dahl, Arlis Trogstad, Howard Borgen, Joanne McKeown, and Donald Becker.
The photo is held secure in a custom mat of pastel green which also holds the identification. It is all in a simple varnished wooden frame.
