Large/over-sized. Textured black cover with red leather covering the spine and the corners. Paper pages. Title printed in decorative script on front cover. "MINNEAPOLIS" is printed in bold decorative capital lettering along the spine. Written in black marker on bottom of book: "MINNEAPOLIS (NEW)". Stamped in red ink on inside front cover: "Property of Extra Alarm Association of Twin Cities".
