Next is a pinkish-red enamel ring with silver stripes that looks like a life preserver/buoy ring. On the very center of the badge is an image of a black enamel swan about to take flight from green enamel water against a light blue enamel background. On the back of the badge are three button hooks on the top and sides.
- B and C (Buttons): Two matching silver metal buttons. The buttons are circular and round. The stamped lettering on the buttons reads "W.A. FIRE BRIGADES / 1909". On the center of the buttons is an image of a swan swimming in water. There are button hooks on the back of the buttons.
- D (Jewelry Box): Rounded rectangular shaped jewelry box. Horizontal with two hinges on the back. Shiny silver top and black faux leather base. The interior of the box is lined with off-white polyester fabric. The badge and buttons are attached to an off-white velvet board that can be pulled out from the bottom of the box.
