Description
Silver metal dress uniform button with the coat of arms of East Riding County in Yorkshire and the Humber, England in the United Kingdom. Round and circular in shape.The center of the button features a shield with an eagle on the top and a motto in Latin on a ribbon on the bottom. The ribbon reads "SOLIS ORTUM CONSPICERE" which translates to "To Behold the Sunrise" in English. The shield is decorated with three roses on top, two bales of wheat, an upward-facing chevron arrow, and an eagle on the bottom. The button has a brass metal backing with a button hook.
