Lenmar brand OmniSource JR 8mm and VHS-C Camcorder Battery AC/DC Charger/Reconditioner/Tester and Power Supply. Rounded rectangular black plastic exterior. On the top of the device are ports for charging and testing batteries. On the top of the front of the device are two small circular grey push buttons that discharge and test batteries. Under these buttons are colored indicator lights. The rectangular red light is labeled "CHARGE" in white lettering. Next to it on the right is a rectangular green light that is labeled "DISCHARGE" in white lettering. Next to this light on the right are a set of four (4) round yellow lights that are labeled "CAPACITY TESTER". On the top of the device is a port that is labeled "DC-12V-IN" in white lettering. On the bottom of the device is a port that is labeled "OUTPUT DC 6.0V". Under this port is a silver label with the "5026" in printed black numbers. On the back of the device near the middle are four (4) small round plastic feet. In the center of the back of the device is a manufacturer label with red and white lettering that reads "LENMAR [logo] / CAMCORDER PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS / OmniSource JR [logo] / 8mm and VHS-C CAMCORDER BATTERY / AC/DC CHARGER/RECONDITIONER/TESTER / AND POWER SUPPLY / BCR261 / Made in Taiwan".
