Description
"This 18 inch doll duplicates the features and dress of a Choctaw Indian from Mississippi. She is wearing a long blue print cotton dress with two layers of ruffles on the bottom banded with orange. Her apron and petticoat are white. Her black hair is pulled tightly to the back and braided into one pigtail, while the front is cut in bangs and ornamented with bands of beads. Even the little school girls of the Choctaw tribe wear these long dresses and use these hair-dos. The doll is all stuffed cotton with embroidered facial features."
