Tan Thick Cotton Fabric Spanner BeltTan/yellowish thick cotton fabric (denim?) belt with a heavy silver steel metal push claw grab hook on one end and a large round silver steel metal ring. On the end of the belt with the ring is a silver steel metal slip buckle. The buckle is rounded square shaped. Below it is a leather loop. Attached near the ring end of the belt is a round brass metal manufacturer button. It is round with gold lettering that reads, "ATLAS SAFETY EQUIP. CO. INC. N.Y. U.S.A. / MODEL 248 / 5-74". Stamped on the side of the hook: "3040 AFC TESTED".
