Description

Fire Axe

A large fire ax with a silver steel metal head and a long wooden handle. The head is large and flat with a dull blade and pointed pick. The wooden handle is stained a dark brown color and is polished. Attached on the bottom of the handle is a round and circular silver steel metal tag that is stamped "MLPS. / FIRE DEPT. / 3". The tag is secured with a hammered in nail.
